This Agreement is between You and The London School For Small Business Ltd

(hereinafter referred to as "LSSB").

General Conditions:

• Some materials you receive may be confidential and proprietary to LSSB Ltd. These materials may be duplicated and used but must always retain the copyright and ownership markings of the author.
• LSSB are advisory. You bear sole responsibility for the use and implementation of these services in your business. You agree to forever indemnify and hold harmless LSSB from and against any loss, cost or expense resulting from your activities related to the subject matter in this programme and LSSB service.
• While the LSSB programme will be providing you with guidance, direction and programme materials, such a role is advisory and not of actually doing the activity itself. You will be primarily accountable for producing the results in the Programme. In this way LSSB seeks to educate you in order to make your successful marketing a life-long activity.
• LSSB Ltd and may from time to time, alter the content or structure of the programme as they consider necessary, but at all times you will continue to receive value for money.
• This agreement is the entire agreement between you and LSSB Ltd , all prior agreements, promises or representations being merged herein.
• If any law imposes a change in the nature of a goods, services, consumption, value added or similar tax which is to be assessed or payable on any of the moneys which YOU must pay LSSB then this is payable by YOU to LSSB when it is due for payment
